Purpose

Managerism aims to improve management culture. It is a response to inappropriate forms of management behavior that occur especially in public corporations.

Managerism draws attention to causes and suggests practical alternatives.

A comparison of case studies in corporate leadership, both good and bad, acts as a roadmap for reform and encourages self-assessment. Analysis of one's own enterprise is stimulated and the search for appropriate remedies supported.

Managerism is an open, practically oriented, independent and non-commercial platform. The essays offer a distinctively well-informed and practical perspective.

Managerism, as an initiative, wishes these ideas and experiences to be shared. All content on this site is under a Creative Commons Copyright. Feel free to copy and share. Please quote our Managerism website.
